# Flashy Financial — full text > The financial layer of the agentic internet: hold, earn and move Flashy Gold across every property on the FlashyOS network, from one non-custodial wallet that settles on the estate’s own ledger. Value never moves without your consent. The map of this site is https://flashy.financial/llms.txt. This file carries every page in full. The terms this site says and does not define are defined by their owners: Web 4 (https://gda.group/answers/what-is-web-4/); agentic internet (https://flashyos.com/concepts/agentic-internet); Agentic Autonomous Organization (https://flashyos.com/concepts/agentic-autonomous-organization); AAO stack (https://flashyos.com/concepts/aao-stack); agentic network (https://flashyos.com/). ## Flashy Financial — the wallet and financial rail of the Flashy universe URL: https://flashy.financial/ The financial layer of the agentic internet: hold, earn and move Flashy Gold across every property on the FlashyOS network, from one non-custodial wallet that settles on the estate’s own ledger. Value never moves without your consent. Flashy Financial is one wallet carrying Flashy Gold, a flashyID handle and staking — over rails that settle on the estate’s own ledger and record to the mesh. Announced and launching at flashy.financial; the rewards funnel, ClaimYour.Gold, is live today. ### Earn, hold, grow, claim Earn: Stake, learn, hunt, refer, transact — activity on any estate property mints Flashy Gold rewards. Hold: Gold lands in your wallet under a flashyID handle. Keys never leave your device. Grow: Lock Gold for tiered staking rewards paid in Gold — the reason to hold rather than spend on day one. Claim: Claim Gold and redeem partner rewards at ClaimYour.Gold today; redemption into Real World Value opens with the marketplace, which is waitlist-stage. ### Three promises Value that travels: Earn Flashy Gold anywhere; hold, stake and spend it everywhere. The wallet is the hub the whole universe flows through. Keys on your device: Nothing moves until you approve it — agents suggest, only you consent. Grants are capped and revocable. A record you can verify: Every settlement seals to a record you can verify offline, and what Flashy Gold is, and is not, is published once by flashy.gold. ### Five layers, one stack you never see Interface — Flashy Wallet: Keys, signing, the app. The only layer you ever see. Authorisation — flashyID: Delegated, attenuated spend grants. A property gets an allowance, never your keys. Settlement — flashy-ledger: Balances and movements — the shared ledger every property writes to. Value — Flashy Gold: The rewards currency every property earns and spends. One currency, one economy. Record — FlashyOS mesh: Every settlement seals to a record a stranger can verify offline. **What is Flashy Financial?** The wallet and financial rail of the Flashy universe: a non-custodial, multi-chain wallet that holds Flashy Gold, settling on the estate’s own ledger, with every movement recorded to the FlashyOS mesh. **Is Flashy Financial live?** It is launching. The rewards funnel (ClaimYour.Gold) and the Rails API are live today; the wallet is in build. Each product page states its own honest status rather than implying everything ships at once. ## The financial layer of the agentic internet — what it means, and what is live URL: https://flashy.financial/agentic-internet/ Flashy Financial is the financial layer of the agentic internet: the wallet a person holds and the rail their agents move value over, with nothing moving without the holder’s consent. What the phrase means, what is live today, and who defines the terms around it. The agentic internet is the internet whose participants are software agents acting for principals — FlashyOS defines it, and this page cites that definition rather than restating it. Its financial layer is the part where value moves: a wallet a person holds, a rail their agents move value over, and a sealed record of every movement. Flashy Financial is that layer for the Flashy estate today, and is built so the same layer can serve any organisation on the FlashyOS network. ### What the phrase means Three things have to be true for a financial layer to belong on the agentic internet. The holder keeps custody: keys stay on the person’s device, and an agent holds a grant, never a key. The holder consents: an agent may draft a payment, and nothing moves until the person approves it, so there is no auto-approval anywhere in the system. And a stranger can check: every settlement seals to a record that can be re-verified offline, so trust is recomputed rather than asserted. Each of the three is a rule enforced in code and described on its own page here — custody at /security/, consent at /company/governance/, the record at /developers/ — and this page is the one place they are read together as a definition. ### What is live today ClaimYour.Gold: The rewards funnel. Flashy Gold is earned and claimed there today, and partner rewards redeem there. The Rails API: The settlement and authorisation layer other properties call, recording to the FlashyOS mesh. Flashy Wallet: The non-custodial, multi-chain wallet. Announced, in build, with a waitlist rather than a download. ### Who defines what The agentic internet, and the network it runs on: FlashyOS defines the agentic internet and the Agentic Autonomous Organization that joins it, and runs the open network where organisations’ agents find each other, agree with a human’s consent, do the work and seal a record. (agentic internet: https://flashyos.com/concepts/agentic-internet; Agentic Autonomous Organization: https://flashyos.com/concepts/agentic-autonomous-organization; AAO stack: https://flashyos.com/concepts/aao-stack) Web 4, the era: Web 4 is the economic era the agentic internet runs on: four conditions that have to hold at once. GDA Group defines it, and the “something to earn” condition is the one this property exists for. (Web 4: https://gda.group/answers/what-is-web-4/) **What is the financial layer of the agentic internet?** The part of the agentic internet where value moves: a wallet a person holds, a rail their agents move value over, and a sealed record of every movement. Flashy Financial is that layer for the Flashy estate today, built so the same layer can serve any organisation on the FlashyOS network. **Is the financial layer live?** In part. ClaimYour.Gold and the Rails API are live; the wallet is in build. Each product page states its own status. **Who defines the agentic internet?** FlashyOS, at flashyos.com. This page cites that definition and does not restate it; the estate keeps one owner per term so the definitions cannot drift. ## Product overview — Flashy Financial URL: https://flashy.financial/product/ The whole of Flashy Financial in one view: the wallet, Flashy Gold, staking, payments, the rewards engine and the security model — and how they fit into one economy. Flashy Financial is not one app. It is a wallet you hold, a rail properties build on, a rewards currency the whole estate shares, and a machine-readable organisation the mesh can transact with. Here is the whole surface, and where each piece goes deeper. ### The surfaces Flashy Wallet: On-device keys across multiple chains; send, receive, swap, stake, claim. Flashy Gold: The rewards currency earned everywhere, claimed at ClaimYour.Gold, and defined by flashy.gold. Staking rewards: Lock Gold for tiered staking rewards paid in Gold, terms read from the chain. Rewards engine & payments: The settlement and authorisation layer other properties call. ## Flashy Wallet — a non-custodial, multi-chain rewards wallet URL: https://flashy.financial/wallet/ A non-custodial wallet across many chains that holds your Flashy Gold, your flashyID handle and your stake. Keys are generated on your device and never leave it. A non-custodial wallet: your keys are generated on your device and held in its secure enclave — never on a server, not ours, not anyone’s. It carries your Flashy Gold, your flashyID handle and your stake, and it is one tap from every other estate property. ### What it does Your Gold, self-custodied: Balances across chains, under one handle, gated by biometrics. Send, receive, swap: Sign on the device; nothing moves until you approve it. Every settlement seals to the mesh. Stake for rewards: Lock Gold for tiered staking rewards paid in Gold — terms read from the chain, not a marketing page. Redeem the value: Redeem partner rewards at ClaimYour.Gold today. Redemption into Real World Value opens with the marketplace, which is waitlist-stage. ### Revived, not conjured Flashy Wallet is the revival of a product that already shipped to the app stores, rebuilt to the estate’s engineering standard: keys off any server, tests on the money paths, a security pass before release. It is in build. When it is ready to download, this page will say so — and not before. **Is Flashy Wallet custodial?** No. It is non-custodial: your private keys are generated on your device and never transmitted. Flashy Financial cannot move your funds — only you can, by approving each action. **Which chains does it support?** The wallet spans multiple EVM chains plus Bitcoin, TRON and TON, with Flashy Gold as the rewards asset across them. The exact live set is published at launch. **What happens if I lose my device?** Recovery is via your seed phrase, which you control. Because keys are on-device and never escrowed, Flashy Financial has nothing to hand over and nothing to lose on your behalf. ## Flashy Gold — the rewards currency of the estate URL: https://flashy.financial/gold/ Flashy Gold is the native rewards currency of the Flashy universe: earned across every property, held in your wallet, staked for rewards, and claimed at ClaimYour.Gold. Its terms are published by flashy.gold. Flashy Gold is the native rewards currency of the estate. A reward that only works inside the product that issued it is a coupon; Flashy Gold earned in the academy that stakes in the wallet and is claimed at ClaimYour.Gold is a reward that travels — and every property that adopts it makes every other property’s rewards worth more. ### What Flashy Gold is, and is not Flashy Gold is a reward currency. It is not money, a deposit, a security, an investment product, or a claim on bullion or on the assets of any entity. Those words are the issuer’s, published at flashy.gold, and this site cites them rather than writing its own. ### The front of the funnel already runs ClaimYour.Gold — the live rewards product with its hunters and seasons — already pulls people to the top of the loop. Flashy Financial gives them somewhere to keep what they claim: claim, then stay. Acquisition becomes retention. **What is Flashy Gold?** Flashy Gold is the rewards currency of the Flashy universe — earned through verified activity across estate properties, held in the Flashy Wallet, and claimed at ClaimYour.Gold. It is a reward currency within the estate, never a claim on bullion, and its terms are published by flashy.gold. **How do I earn Flashy Gold?** By doing things across the estate: completing quests and claims, learning in the academy, staking, referring, and transacting. Each property issues Gold for its own verified activity, and it all lands in one balance. **What can I do with Flashy Gold?** Hold it, stake it for rewards paid in Gold, send it, and redeem partner rewards at ClaimYour.Gold; redemption into Real World Value opens with the marketplace, which is waitlist-stage. ## Staking rewards — lock Flashy Gold, earn Flashy Gold URL: https://flashy.financial/staking/ Lock Flashy Gold for tiered staking rewards paid in Flashy Gold. Terms are read from the staking contract on chain, so a displayed term is one the contract will honour. Staking locks Flashy Gold for a term in exchange for staking rewards paid in Gold, with loyalty tiers that unlock better terms the longer you hold. The rate you see is read from the staking contract on chain — not from a marketing page — so a displayed term is one the contract will honour. ### How it works Choose a term: Pick a lock period; longer terms and higher tiers earn more. Rewards in Gold: Rewards accrue in Flashy Gold, settled on the shared ledger. On your schedule: Withdraw at term; early terms are governed by the contract, shown up front. **How is the staking rate set?** By the on-chain staking contract. The site reads the term from the chain rather than restating a number, so what you see is what the contract enforces. **Is staking risk-free?** No staking is risk-free. Terms, lock periods and any early-exit rules are governed by the contract and shown before you commit; nothing is hidden in the UI. ## Payments & Transfers — send Flashy Gold with consent URL: https://flashy.financial/payments/ Send and receive Flashy Gold across the estate. Every transfer is two atomic entries on the shared ledger, and value moves only when you approve it — agents suggest, humans consent. A transfer moves Flashy Gold from one holder to another as two entries that both land or neither does — so peer-to-peer movement never leaves the books unbalanced. And it moves only with your consent: an agent may draft a payment, only you approve it. ### Draft, then approve Every value-moving action is drafted first and executed only against your explicit approval, bound to that exact draft. There is no auto-approval at any tier. This is the consent gate, and it is a rule in code, not a line of copy. **Can someone move my Gold without me?** No. Nothing leaves your wallet without your consent, bound to the specific action. Even a property you have authorised can only spend within a capped, revocable grant you issued. ## Rewards Engine — one loyalty currency across every property URL: https://flashy.financial/rewards/ The rewards engine issues Flashy Gold from activity across the estate, idempotently and rule-bound, so no Gold is minted without a reason on the record and a retried award settles once. The rewards engine turns verified activity anywhere in the estate into Flashy Gold — rule-bound, so no Gold is minted without a reason on the record, and idempotent, so a retried award settles once, not twice. It is the reason a portfolio of products behaves like one economy. ### Why one currency changes the math A reward trapped in the product that issued it is a coupon. When effort in one property mints value spendable in another, every property that adopts the currency makes every other property’s rewards more valuable. That network effect is the whole argument for a shared currency over per-product points. ## Security & Custody — consent is the product URL: https://flashy.financial/security/ What Flashy Financial refuses to do: hold your keys, move value without consent, run its own bridge, or publish a number a test cannot assert. Trust you can check, not just take. A financial brand earns trust by what it refuses. Here is what Flashy Financial will not do — stated plainly, because a promise you can read is worth more than a badge you cannot check. ### What we refuse We never hold your keys: The wallet signs on your device; nothing is escrowed on a server. We never move value without consent: An agent may draft a payment; only you approve it. No auto-approval, any tier. We never dress Gold up as bullion: Flashy Gold is a rewards currency, and we never publish a number a test cannot assert. We do not run our own bridge: Cross-chain movement, if offered, uses an audited third party — self-built bridges are the highest-loss class in crypto. ### Agents suggest; you consent When you authorise a property to spend on your behalf, you issue a grant that is capped, scoped to one purpose, and revocable the instant you say so. Enforcement runs before any grant is honoured — identity that nothing checks is theatre. **Where are my keys stored?** On your device, in its secure enclave. They are never transmitted to Flashy Financial or anyone else. **How does consent work?** Every value-moving action is drafted, then executed only against your explicit approval bound to that draft. Delegated spend by a property is capped and revocable via a flashyID grant. There is no auto-approval. ## Pricing — what it costs to build on Flashy Financial URL: https://flashy.financial/pricing/ How Flashy Financial is priced for estate properties and partners building on the rail. Transparent, usage-aligned, and stated plainly rather than hidden behind “contact sales”. For people, holding and moving your own Flashy Gold is free — self-custody owes us nothing. For properties and partners building on the rail, pricing is usage-aligned and stated here rather than hidden behind a form. ### Plans Holder — Your wallet, your Gold — Free — self-custody owes nothing Estate property — The rail, the SDK, the ledger — Usage-aligned on settled volume Partner / institution — Dedicated integration & terms — By agreement — talk to us **Does it cost anything to hold Flashy Gold?** No. Holding and moving your own Gold from your own wallet is free; you self-custody, so there is nothing to charge for. ## Developers — build on the Flashy Financial rail URL: https://flashy.financial/developers/ The rail other properties build on: a settlement API, a wallet SDK, flashyID grants and a shared ledger. Plug in once and pay, reward and settle in Flashy Gold. A property integrates the rail once and gains the whole economy: pay and reward in Flashy Gold, settle on the shared ledger, authorise spend through flashyID grants, and record to the mesh. One integration; every other property’s users become reachable. ### The building blocks Flashy Rails: Earn, redeem, transfer, grant — over HTTP, with consent enforced. Wallet SDK: Embed a balance and a pay widget in your own product. flashyID grants: Attenuated, capped, revocable spend authority. The ledger: Append-only, multi-asset settlement — the book of record. ### The rail is real code @flashyos/wdk: The agent wallet object: one interface across chains, consent built in. (npmjs.com/package/@flashyos/wdk: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@flashyos/wdk) @flashyos/wallet-wdk: The wallet layer and the open, offline verifier for its receipts. (npmjs.com/package/@flashyos/wallet-wdk: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@flashyos/wallet-wdk) @flashyos/signer: The policy signer: three independent lines, testnet-only by default. (npmjs.com/package/@flashyos/signer: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@flashyos/signer) The standards: backlog/1, shipped/1, directory/1 and the rest, catalogued with their specs. (flashy.tools: https://flashy.tools) **How do I start building on Flashy Financial?** Integrate the Rails API (or the wallet SDK) once. You get balances, rewards issuance, transfers and delegated spend in Flashy Gold, settling on the shared ledger. See the Rails API reference and the SDK page. **Is any of the rail open-source?** Yes. The agent wallet plane ships on public npm — @flashyos/wdk, @flashyos/wallet-wdk and @flashyos/signer — and the estate’s record standards (backlog/1, shipped/1, directory/1) are catalogued on flashy.tools with open, offline verifiers. ## Flashy Rails API — earn, redeem, transfer, grant URL: https://flashy.financial/rails/ The settlement and authorisation API of Flashy Financial. Balances on the shared ledger, rewards issuance, consent-gated transfers, and delegated spend under attenuated flashyID grants. Flashy Rails is a thin service over the estate’s append-only ledger that speaks Flashy Gold. It owns no keys and no storage rules: the ledger decides what a valid entry is, and Rails decides the product rules on top — issuance must be rule-bound, value moves only with consent, delegated spend is capped by a grant. ### Endpoints GET /v1/balance/:id — A holder’s Flashy Gold balance. GET /v1/history/:id — A holder’s full, hash-chained entry history. POST /v1/earn — Issue rewards. Rule-bound and idempotent; requires an issuer credential. POST /v1/redeem/draft · /execute — Draft (pure), then move value against a holder’s consent. POST /v1/transfer/draft · /execute — A transfer as two atomic entries, consent-gated. POST /v1/grant/spend — Delegated spend under an attenuated, revocable grant. ### Consent, enforced A redeem or transfer is drafted first and executed only against a consent bound to that exact draft and holder — verified as a flashyID-signed consent in production. Rails enforces the binding regardless of issuer; a validly-signed consent for the wrong holder is still refused. **Does the Rails API hold private keys?** No. Rails is off-chain custody of a balance on the shared ledger; on-chain signing is a separate, isolated service. No private key ever sits on the request path. **How are transfers kept consistent?** A transfer is two entries — a debit and a credit — that commit atomically on a transactional store, so peer-to-peer movement can never leave the books unbalanced. ## Wallet SDK — embed Flashy Gold in your product URL: https://flashy.financial/developers/sdk/ Embed a Flashy Gold balance and a consent-gated pay widget directly in your own property. One integration, and your users are on the estate’s shared economy. The Wallet SDK lets an estate property show a Flashy Gold balance and take consent-gated actions without rebuilding custody. It talks to the Rails API and defers signing and consent to the wallet and flashyID, so your product never touches a key. ### What you get A balance component, a redeem/pay flow that drafts an action and hands it to the user for approval, and a grant flow for capped, delegated spend. The SDK renders the estate design system so it reads as one house. ## flashyID Grants — attenuated, revocable spend authority URL: https://flashy.financial/developers/grants/ A grant lets a property spend a holder’s Flashy Gold up to a capped, scoped, revocable allowance — never the keys. Delegation is attenuation: a child grant can never widen its parent. When a holder authorises a property to spend on their behalf, flashyID issues a grant: capped, scoped to one purpose, revocable, and honoured only after the consent gate has run. It is never the keys — an allowance for one thing, that the holder can take back instantly. ### Delegation is attenuation, never inheritance A grant can be narrowed into a child grant, but a child can never hold authority its parent lacks — never a larger cap, a later expiry, or a broadened purpose. The rule lives in code, so no product can forget it, and every spend is checked against the cap before anything is written. **What is an attenuated grant?** A delegated spend authority that is a strict subset of what the granter holds: a capped, scoped, revocable allowance. A property can act within it without ever holding the holder’s keys, and the holder can revoke it at any time. ## The Ledger — append-only, multi-asset settlement URL: https://flashy.financial/developers/ledger/ Flashy Gold settles on an append-only, multi-asset ledger: balances can’t go negative, identities are opaque, replays deduplicate, and every entry is hash-chained and tamper-evident. Every Flashy Gold balance is derived from an append-only ledger where an entry is never updated and never deleted — a mistake is corrected by posting an offsetting entry, the way books have worked since long before computers. It is storage-agnostic by construction, so it can move onto a chain without its rules changing. ### The invariants Balance integrity: A debit below zero is refused; a refused write leaves the balance untouched. Idempotency: Every movement carries a key; a replay settles once, not twice. Opaque identity: A natural key — an email, a handle — is refused on the way in. Tamper-evident: Each entry is hash-chained onto the last; altering one breaks every hash after it. ## For machines — Flashy Financial as an AAO URL: https://flashy.financial/machine/ Flashy Financial is an Agent-Accessible Organisation: it publishes a charter, a handshake and a front door at well-known URLs, so an agent on the FlashyOS mesh can discover it and transact under consent. Flashy Financial publishes what it is and what it will do at well-known URLs, so an agent on the FlashyOS mesh can discover it and act with it — under consent, never around it. ### Machine surfaces AAO charter — /.well-known/flashyos-charter.json — The roles Flashy Financial holds, and the capability each answers for. Handshake — /.well-known/flashyos.json — Contract flashyos/1: who this is, and what it can do. Front door — /.well-known/frontdoor.json — Which financial lanes are open, and what each rung owes. llms.txt — /llms.txt — A plain-text map of this property for a language model. Record index — /record.json — The three tenses and the live ledger, with each one’s served fragment. Intent (public) — /well-known/backlog.json — backlog/1 — the promoted roadmap items, public tier only. Directory — /directory.fragment.json — directory/1 — the machines this property runs and who they act for. ### What an agent can and cannot do An agent may read the charter, follow the front door, and draft a financial action on a holder’s behalf. It cannot approve one: the consent gate is a role in the charter, at the CRITICAL threshold, and it holds the line that a human approves before value moves. A financial AAO is safe to expose to the mesh precisely because that gate is not optional. **What is an Agent-Accessible Organisation (AAO)?** An organisation that publishes machine-readable declarations — a charter of roles, a handshake of capabilities, and a front door of lanes — so that software agents can discover it and transact with it under an explicit consent model, rather than screen-scraping or guessing. ## Status — Flashy Financial service health URL: https://flashy.financial/status/ The live health of the Flashy Financial rail and machine surfaces. Uptime, incidents, and the honest state of each surface — building or live. Service health for the rail, the machine surfaces and the site, published rather than assumed. Each surface carries its honest state; a green badge is a measurement, never a hand-typed claim. ### Surfaces flashy.financial site + AAO — Launching Flashy Rails API — Live Wallet — In build ClaimYour.Gold (rewards funnel) — Live ## For estate properties — join the rail, pay in Gold URL: https://flashy.financial/solutions/properties/ For properties in the Flashy and Gord estate: integrate the rail once and reward, pay and settle in Flashy Gold, gaining every other property’s users and one shared balance. An estate property that adopts the rail can reward its users in Flashy Gold, take payment in it, and settle on the shared ledger — and every user it brings becomes reachable to every other property. The estate stops being a portfolio and starts being an economy. ### The first mover is already here ClaimYour.Gold is on the rail today and pulls people to the top of the loop; the next properties are named here the day they integrate, not before. Each integrates once and gains the economy. The migration is designed to be reversible at every step — no big-bang cutover. ## For creators & communities — reward your people in Gold URL: https://flashy.financial/solutions/creators/ Give your community a currency that travels. Reward participation in Flashy Gold, let members hold and stake it, and connect to an economy far larger than one channel. Points that only work inside one community are a coupon. Reward your members in Flashy Gold and you give them something that holds value across the whole estate — and a reason to stay that a leaderboard alone never gives. ## For rewards programs — loyalty infrastructure, ready to launch URL: https://flashy.financial/solutions/rewards/ Launch a rewards or loyalty program on Flashy Financial instead of building custody, a ledger and a currency from scratch. Issue Flashy Gold, let members hold and redeem, settle on the shared rail. Building a rewards program means building custody, a ledger, an issuance engine and a redemption path. Flashy Financial is all four: issue Flashy Gold for the activity you value, let members hold it in a real wallet, and redeem partner rewards through ClaimYour.Gold today. ### What you skip Custody: Members self-custody in the Flashy Wallet — you never hold keys. The ledger: Balances settle on the estate’s append-only, provable ledger. The currency: Flashy Gold is the shared currency — nothing of your own to bootstrap. Redemption: Partner rewards redeem at ClaimYour.Gold today; Real World Value opens with the marketplace. **Can I launch a rewards program without issuing a currency of my own?** Yes. Flashy Gold is the shared rewards currency of the estate; you issue it for your program’s activity rather than bootstrapping your own, and members hold it in the wallet and redeem partner rewards at ClaimYour.Gold. ## For institutions — a rewards economy whose books are checkable URL: https://flashy.financial/solutions/institutions/ Flashy Financial pairs a consumer rewards economy with a provable, append-only record. For institutions that need the books to be checkable, not taken on faith. Flashy Financial is built so a claim about its money — this holder has this much, that settlement happened, this counterparty agreed — can be checked by someone who trusts none of us. Every settlement seals to a record verifiable offline, and the terms of Flashy Gold itself are published by the property that owns them, flashy.gold, not restated here. ### Countersignature, not marketing The estate publishes a number nobody here can raise by talking more about itself: the share of its claims that outside counterparties have signed. That is the institutional test, and it is why the record is designed to be verified rather than believed. ## For developers — ship a rewards feature in days, not quarters URL: https://flashy.financial/solutions/developers/ The developer’s path onto Flashy Financial: one API, one SDK, consent handled for you. Add balances, rewards and payments in Flashy Gold without building a ledger or custody. Add a rewards balance, issuance, payments and delegated spend to your product with one integration. Custody stays with the user; consent is handled by the wallet and flashyID; you call the Rails API and read a balance. The hard, dangerous parts are already built and tested. ## About Flashy Financial URL: https://flashy.financial/company/ Flashy Financial is the financial layer of the Flashy universe, part of the Gord estate. Our purpose: turn a portfolio of products into one economy where activity anywhere is value everywhere. The estate built a ledger, an identity layer, a rewards asset and a mesh — and no single place a person could hold what they earned. Flashy Financial is that place, and the rail underneath it. Our purpose is narrow and load-bearing: make effort anywhere in the estate into value everywhere. ## The Gord estate — the group Flashy Financial belongs to URL: https://flashy.financial/company/estate/ Flashy Financial sits inside the Gord estate: a family office that allocates permanent capital, and a universe of properties — from ClaimYour.Gold to the FlashyOS mesh — that share one economy. Above Flashy Financial sits gord.holdings — the family office above the group: permanent capital, no exit horizon. Flashy Financial holds no reserve of its own. Below it sit the properties that share the economy, ClaimYour.Gold first, all settling on one rail and recording to one mesh. ### How it stacks Capital — gord.holdings: The family office above the group. Permanent capital, no exit horizon. Finance — Flashy Financial: Custody, settlement, value, authorisation — the circulatory system. Protocol — ledger · flashyID · mesh: The layers Flashy Financial consumes. Products — claimyour.gold · academy · more: Where a person earns and spends. ## Governance & Consent — the rules that never bend URL: https://flashy.financial/company/governance/ The doctrine behind Flashy Financial: agents suggest, humans consent; delegation is attenuation; enforcement before minting. Rules written in code, not in a page nobody reads. Flashy Financial is governed by three rules that are enforced rather than described. They are why a financial organisation is safe to expose to autonomous agents at all. ### The doctrine Agents suggest; humans consent: An agent may draft any value-moving action; only the holder approves it. No auto-approval, at any tier. Delegation is attenuation: A grant is a strict subset of the granter’s authority; a child can never hold what its parent lacks. Enforcement before minting: No authority is issued ahead of the thing that checks it. Identity that nothing enforces is theatre. ## Trust Center — security, custody and compliance posture URL: https://flashy.financial/company/trust/ How Flashy Financial keeps funds safe and its books honest: on-device custody, no self-built bridge, keys off every request path, and a provable, append-only settlement record. A trust center that only reassures is worthless. Here is the posture, stated as commitments you can hold us to and, where possible, check. ### Commitments On-device custody: Keys generated on the device, in the secure enclave, never transmitted. No key on a request path: On-chain signing is an isolated service; the API never holds a key. No self-built bridge: Cross-chain movement uses an audited third party. A provable record: Every settlement is hash-chained and verifiable offline on the mesh. ## Contact Flashy Financial URL: https://flashy.financial/company/contact/ Get in touch with Flashy Financial — for partnerships, building on the rail, press, or to be notified when the wallet launches. Set up the wallet: Self-custody, keys and recovery. Earn, hold, stake, claim: The whole loop, step by step. Build on the rail: From zero to your first reward issued. ## Insights — why the rail has value, four perspectives URL: https://flashy.financial/insights/ Why what Flashy Financial is building has value, argued four ways — from the product, from the venture lens, from the estate that owns it, and from the engineers who built the rail. Each perspective links to the property that owns it. The case for Flashy Financial, argued four ways: from the product itself, from the venture lens on the agent economy, from the estate that chose to build rather than rent, and from the engineers who wrote the rail. Each perspective is owned by the property it comes from, and links there. ### flashy.financial — consent is the product, the clearing is the moat Most rewards leak. Points expire, the wallet belongs to the issuer rather than the holder, and the moment value moves a processor takes a cut and a copy. Flashy Financial inverts all three: the wallet is yours — custodial or non-custodial as the holder chooses, keys on the device when you want them there — and it is blockchain-agnostic by construction, built to reach every chain and every agentic mesh network rather than renting one rail. Nothing moves without the holder’s consent. An agent may draft an action; a human approves it before it becomes real. And when value does move, it settles on the estate’s own rails rather than a rented processor’s. The moat is the clearing. One Flashy Gold is denominated across every property, and the wallet is the one place it lives, so a person holds because it is good everywhere they already are, and a property joins because the holders are already there. Consent and self-custody are not settings bolted on afterwards; they are the product. ### 4.ventures — why now: the agent economy needs a consent layer Agents are about to transact at machine speed. The primitive that is missing is not another chain and not another asset; it is a consent-governed settlement layer an agent can be handed bounded authority on, and that a human can still answer for. Everyone is shipping the ability to spend; almost no one is shipping the governance to spend safely, with a record a stranger can verify. The wedge is rewards — low-stakes, high-frequency, habit-forming. The expansion is the full financial rail: payments, redemption, cross-property settlement. The flywheel is tight: properties join for rewards, people hold Flashy Gold, holders need to move it, the rail deepens, and more properties join. Timed against the arrival of agentic payments, a consent-first rail is the layer the economy routes through. ### gda.group — built, not rented A family office can do one thing a venture-funded startup cannot: wait. Owning the wallet, the rail, the ledger and the mesh — rather than renting each from a processor — keeps the margin the estate would otherwise pay away, and lets the system be built to be correct over a decade instead of shipped to a deadline. The discipline is the protection. Consent-first by doctrine, testnet-first by test, and a site that states plainly what is live and names what is only building, never linking to what does not yet exist. Patient ownership protects itself by refusing to let the story outrun the record. ### mlgblockchain.com — non-custodial, multi-chain, defended in depth Under the product is a conservative engineering stance. One agent interface speaks every chain, so “blockchain-agnostic” is a property of the code rather than a slogan. Spend authority passes through a signer that enforces policy in three independent lines, so no single bug moves value, and mainnet is a single owner-gated step while the whole system stays testnet-only by a test-enforced default. Every movement produces a receipt a stranger can verify offline, pinned to the same canonicalisation the sealer uses. Derived numbers — a balance, an availability, an expiry — are never asserted by a caller; they are refused by name in the validator as well as the writer, so nobody can fabricate a figure nothing computed. This is the auditable plumbing that lets a cautious holder trust the rail. ### Read the owner Consent & custody: How consent and self-custody are enforced, not promised. The questions we are asked most, answered plainly. For a term you do not recognise, the glossary defines every entity on the site. **What is Flashy Financial?** The wallet and financial rail of the Flashy universe — a non-custodial, multi-chain wallet holding Flashy Gold, settling on the estate’s own ledger, and recording to the FlashyOS mesh. **Is it custodial?** No. Keys are generated and held on your device; Flashy Financial cannot move your funds. Only you can, by approving each action. **What is Flashy Gold worth?** Flashy Gold is a reward currency within the estate, earned through verified activity and claimed at ClaimYour.Gold. It is not money, a deposit, a security or a claim on bullion; no rate is guaranteed, and we do not publish a figure a test cannot assert. The issuer’s terms are at flashy.gold. **How does consent work?** Every value-moving action is drafted, then executed only against your explicit approval bound to that draft. Delegated spend by a property is via a capped, revocable grant. There is no auto-approval. **Can I build on it?** Yes — integrate the Rails API or the wallet SDK once and issue, hold, transfer and delegate Flashy Gold. See the developers section. **Where does Flashy Financial sit in Web 4?** Web 4 is the agentic internet: a stack of open protocols through which software agents discover, identify, authorize, trust, transact with and audit one another. Flashy Financial is its commerce layer — how value moves (the pay-policy/1 contract) — over the wallet stack and the estate rails. The whole map is at github.com/FlashyLabs/web4. **Is Flashy Financial live yet?** It is launching. ClaimYour.Gold (the rewards funnel) and the Rails API are live; the wallet is in build. Each product page states its own honest status. ## Glossary — every Flashy Financial term, defined URL: https://flashy.financial/glossary/ Definitions of the entities in the Flashy Financial world: Flashy Gold, flashyID, the ledger, attenuated grants, the AAO, the consent gate, the mesh and more. The vocabulary of Flashy Financial, defined once so a person and a language model read the same thing. Each term links to where it lives in depth. ### Terms Flashy Gold — The reward currency of the Flashy universe, earned through verified activity and claimed at ClaimYour.Gold. Its terms, and what it is not, are published by flashy.gold. Flashy Wallet — A non-custodial, multi-chain wallet that holds Flashy Gold with keys on the user’s device. flashyID — The estate’s identity layer, which issues handles and attenuated spend grants. Attenuated grant — A delegated spend authority that is a strict subset of the granter’s — capped, scoped, revocable. The ledger — An append-only, multi-asset settlement ledger on which Flashy Gold balances are derived. Consent gate — The rule, enforced in code, that value moves only when the holder approves — agents suggest, humans consent. AAO — Agent-Accessible Organisation: an org that publishes machine-readable declarations so agents can transact with it under consent. The mesh — FlashyOS — where estate organisations discover each other and seal a verifiable record of their work. ## News — announcements from Flashy Financial URL: https://flashy.financial/news/ Dated announcements from Flashy Financial. Each one points at the surface it is about — a changelog entry, a page, or an estate post — rather than making a claim with nothing behind it. Announcements, newest first. Each links to the surface it describes — a page, a record entry, or an estate post — so an announcement is never a claim with nothing behind it. For the sealed, machine-readable history of what shipped, see the changelog. ### Announcements The record is public: The estate’s three tenses now have pages on the site: what we intend, what recurs, and what shipped — plus the live ledger of what the property is the authority for. (The ledger: /record/; Roadmap: /roadmap/) Why the rail has value, argued four ways: A deep-dive from four perspectives — the product, the venture lens, the estate that owns it, and the engineers who built it. (Read Insights: /insights/) One wallet for the agentic internet: Flashy Financial’s positioning: a blockchain-agnostic wallet, custodial or non-custodial as the holder chooses, built to reach every chain and every agentic mesh network. (The product: /product/; The mesh: /machine/) **Where is the machine-readable history?** The changelog reads the sealed shipped/1 log, and every record surface serves its fragment at a well-known path — one index of all of them is at /record.json. News is the editorial layer on top; the record is the source of truth. ## Roadmap — what Flashy Financial intends URL: https://flashy.financial/roadmap/ What Flashy Financial intends next, filed as backlog/1 and promoted to public by a named human. The future tense of the record: an intention decays and is never sealed, and the private tier is counted, never named. The future tense. What Flashy Financial intends, filed as backlog/1 — one fragment of a mesh-wide intent, federated per repository across the estate. An item decays and is never sealed, the opposite of the changelog. Only an item a named human has promoted appears here; the rest are counted, never named. ### Promoted Ship the Flashy Wallet public beta: Non-custodial, multi-chain, flashyID-handled. Keys on the holder's device; value never moves without consent. The product the whole rail is for. Flashy Rails API general availability: earn, redeem, transfer, grant — the settlement and authorization API other estate properties build on, out of preview. Publish the record surfaces: changelog, roadmap, rites and the ledger: Make the estate's three tenses legible on the site — shipped/1, backlog/1 (intent) and the directory/1 ledger — each reading its emitted fragment with a vacuity guard. Carry 'Live HQ on FlashyOS' in every estate footer: A shared, measured footer badge linking each property to its live entry on the FlashyOS mesh. One room, many doors. ### How to read this 2 further items sit in private planning and are counted but not named — a public roadmap with the private tier spread into it would be a private roadmap with a misleading label. An intention is not a promise of a date; it decays, and if it still matters it is renewed. The sealed record of what actually shipped is the changelog. ### Machine backlog/1 — public projection: The promoted items as served JSON. The private tier is absent from the query, not filtered from the result. (/well-known/backlog.json: /well-known/backlog.json) The format: backlog/1 (intent/1) is an estate standard, catalogued with the rest. (flashy.tools: https://flashy.tools) **Why are some items not shown?** An intention is filed private and appears here only once a named human promotes it. The rest are counted, never named — a public roadmap with the private tier spread into it would be a private roadmap with a misleading label. Agents suggest; humans consent. **Is a roadmap item a commitment to a date?** No. An item decays and, if it still matters, is renewed; it is an intention, not a promise. The sealed record of what actually shipped is the changelog. ## Rites — the recurring observances Flashy Financial keeps URL: https://flashy.financial/rites/ The present tense of the record: the recurring, witnessed observances that keep Flashy Financial honest. An agent observes each one and a human consecrates it — unwitnessed practice moves nothing. The present tense. The recurring, witnessed observances Flashy Financial keeps — ritual/1. An agent observes each one and a human consecrates it; unwitnessed practice moves nothing. ritual/1 is unpublished until its first adopter, so this page states the practice rather than sealing it. ### The rites The record refresh: The backlog/1 and directory/1 fragments are re-emitted so a month-old intention cannot read as current. Items decay; the fragment keeps up. The ship seal: What shipped is derived from the repository’s own history and sealed as shipped/1, each entry classified by kind — the past tense, which never decays. The charter review: The charter and the flashyos/1 handshake are re-read against what the property actually serves, and the review date is stamped where every surface reads it. The settlement seal: When the rails are live, a cross-property movement seals to the public record at flashynetwork.com, where a stranger can verify it offline. Named here before it runs. ### Why rites, not a cron list A schedule says when a job runs; a rite says who answers for it. The estate’s record is only as trustworthy as the practice that produces it, so each observance names a human consecrator — the machine observes, the person stands behind it. When ritual/1 is adopted across the estate, these become sealed observances with a verifiable last-run; until then they are stated here as a commitment, measured by the fragments they produce (the roadmap and the ledger refresh daily; the ship log seals on every push). ## Changelog — what Flashy Financial has shipped URL: https://flashy.financial/changelog/ The past tense of the record: what Flashy Financial has shipped, derived from the repository’s own history and sealed as shipped/1. Each entry is classified by kind, the log appended to and never rewritten. The past tense. What Flashy Financial has shipped, derived from the repository’s own history and sealed as shipped/1 — each entry classified by kind, the log appended to and never rewritten. A sealed entry never decays, the opposite of the roadmap. ### The log publishes on the next emit The sealed shipped/1 log is derived from full history and published by CI; it is absent on a shallow checkout and appears on the next emit. A ship log is derived from full history; a shallow checkout can only see its own graft boundary, so the log is sealed by CI (which fetches the whole history) rather than guessed here. When it publishes, every entry carries its kind and the commit it seals. ### Machine shipped/1 — the sealed log: Served here once CI emits it from full history. (/well-known/shiplog.json: /well-known/shiplog.json) The format: shipped/1 is an estate standard, with an open offline verifier. (flashy.tools: https://flashy.tools) ## The Ledger — what Flashy Financial is the authority for URL: https://flashy.financial/record/ The live record: the machines Flashy Financial runs, the human they act for, and the delegations between them, as directory/1. The public tier only, and every cross-property edge verifiable at the network. The live record. What Flashy Financial is the authority for — directory/1: the machines it runs, the human they act for, and the delegations between them. This is the “dealings” view: the edges the estate has actually declared, each one a transition a stranger can hold the property to. ### The machines Backlog emitter: The tool that files and promotes this repository's intentions. It emits backlog/1 and signs each one as agent/flashy-finance-bot. Record emitter: The tool that derives and seals this repository's record. It emits shipped/1 and signs each one as agent/flashy-finance-ci. flashyos/1 — flashy-finance: The flashyos/1 surface this repository serves. ### Delegations src/flashy-finance-flashyos-1 — cites — std/flashyos-1 — person/michael — delegatedTo — agent/flashy-finance-bot — backlog/1 person/michael — delegatedTo — agent/flashy-finance-ci — shipped/1 ### Public tier only Only the public tier appears here, and only edges the property is the authority for — a directory names what it answers for, never what it merely references. A cross-property edge becomes real when a human at the other organisation countersigns it. The point of the fragment is that a machine signature becomes somebody’s accountability: every record this property seals is signed by one of the agents above, and each agent acts for the named human. ### Machine directory/1 — this property’s fragment: The nodes and edges as served JSON, the unit the estate merge fetches. (/directory.fragment.json: /directory.fragment.json) The public record: Where a cross-property movement seals and a stranger verifies it offline. (flashynetwork.com: https://flashynetwork.com/) All record surfaces: One machine index of the three tenses and the live record. (/record.json: /record.json) **What makes a cross-property edge real?** A human at the other organisation countersigns it. Until then it is a proposal, not a fact, and the public projection never queries proposals or the private tier — they are absent from the query, not filtered from the result. ## Privacy — Flashy Financial URL: https://flashy.financial/legal/privacy/ How Flashy Financial handles data. In short: self-custody means we hold your keys and your funds nowhere, and we collect the minimum needed to run the service. The short version: your keys and your funds live on your device, not with us — self-custody means there is nothing for us to hold. We collect the minimum needed to run the service and never sell it. The full policy follows and governs. ### This is a placeholder to be completed by counsel A production privacy policy will be reviewed and published by counsel before launch. This page exists so the commitment and the structure are in place; it is not yet the final legal text. ## Terms — Flashy Financial URL: https://flashy.financial/legal/terms/ The terms of using Flashy Financial and holding Flashy Gold. Flashy Gold’s own terms are published by flashy.gold; this page covers self-custody, consent and the rail. Flashy Gold is a reward currency operated within the Flashy Group alliance, and its terms are published by flashy.gold: it is not money, a deposit, a security, an investment product, a claim on bullion, or a claim on the assets of any entity. This site restates none of that on its own authority. What is this property’s to state: self-custody means you are responsible for your keys, and value never moves without your consent. ### This is a placeholder to be completed by counsel Production terms will be reviewed and published by counsel before launch. This page holds the structure and the core characterisation of Flashy Gold; it is not yet the final legal text. ## The concierge — Flashy Financial URL: https://flashy.financial/concierge/ One sentence about what you need, filed to a named human here. The panel makes no network calls, keeps no storage and tracks nothing — it drafts a message in your own mail client and you send it. One sentence about the outcome you are after, filed to the named human this property answers to. The consent promise applies here first: nothing you write is matched, ranked or forwarded without somebody on each side agreeing to it. ### What it does, and what it refuses The panel drafts a message in your own mail client. You see the exact bytes before they leave and you are the one who sends them — which is why it can honestly say it makes no network calls of its own. It stores nothing, sets no cookie, loads no third party and carries no pixel. A door with nobody behind it refuses to render at all: if the script cannot name an accountable human it shows nothing rather than collecting into a void. ## Engage — the three doors into Flashy Financial URL: https://flashy.financial/engage/ Three ways in, none needing an account: an AAO charter our agents can read, the human graph one click away at magician.network/join, and the machine surfaces this domain serves. Every door below resolves today — nothing here is a promise of a door. What a rung of engagement earns across the estate is published once, on the ladder at gord.holdings, and this page cites it rather than restating it. ### The machine-age doors Give your organisation a face our agents can read: An AAO charter names what your organisation does, who answers for it, and the threshold above which a human approves. FlashyOS defines the format; npx @flashyos/conformance init scaffolds the charter and both well-known surfaces, and ours are served on this domain at the paths below. (flashyos.com/join: https://flashyos.com/join) Join the human graph: Machines coordinate; people vouch. A private graph of your own starts with one click and no account — Magician is the estate’s trust-routing layer — and one sentence about the outcome you are after goes through this property’s concierge, drafted in your own mail client and read by a named human. (magician.network/join: https://magician.network/join; the concierge: /concierge/) Let your agents talk to ours: Everything Flashy Financial publishes for a machine is served on this domain today — the charter, the handshake, the front door and llms.txt, listed below. What a rung of engagement earns — a reply, a listing, diligence — is priced once, on the estate ladder. (the estate ladder: https://gord.holdings/engage/; the machine door: /machine/) ### Served on this domain, today AAO charter — /.well-known/flashyos-charter.json flashyos/1 handshake — /.well-known/flashyos.json Front door (frontdoor/1) — /.well-known/frontdoor.json llms.txt — /llms.txt ### Org-to-org intent For organisation-to-organisation coordination of intent and capability, the estate publishes IntentMesh — an open format, named here and deliberately not linked, because no register this property reads marks it live and a door is only listed once it resolves. **How do I engage Flashy Financial without an account?** Through any of three doors: publish an AAO charter at your own domain and join the mesh at flashyos.com/join so our agents can read yours; join the human graph in one click at magician.network/join or send one sentence through the concierge on this site; or point your agents at the machine surfaces this domain serves. What each rung of engagement earns is published on the estate ladder at gord.holdings/engage/. Last checked: 2026-10-04
